The gnocchi, prepared as suggested, are covered in a creamy, velvety white sauce with a rich, lingering aroma, typical of the cheeses used. The gnocchi have a firm, but not rubbery, consistency.<\/p>\n

Potato gnocchi: potato puree 70% (water, potato flakes), wheat flour, potato starch, salt, rice flour, flavourings, acidifier: lactic acid, preservative<\/strong>Potassium sorbate. Dehydrated sauce: processed cheese powder 40% (Cheddar, Gouda, Blue cheese, whey, salt), palm oil powder (palm oil, glucose syrup, milk protein), lactose, yeast extract, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, flavorings.<\/p>\n

Cooking instructions<\/strong>
\nPour 400 ml of cold, unsalted water into a 20-22 cm saucepan. Bring to a boil and add both the contents of the packet and the gnocchi. Stir well. Cook over medium heat, uncovered, for about 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the water is completely absorbed. Pour out the water without draining.<\/p>\n

Microwave cooking instructions<\/strong>
\nIn a suitable container, add the gnocchi, the contents of the packet, and 300 ml of boiling unsalted water. Mix well and cook on high for about 12 minutes. Stir and let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving. Add grated cheese, if desired.<\/p>\n
