\nDehydrated and freeze-dried vegetables in varying proportions 78% (potatoes, carrots, beans, peas, leeks, celery, zucchini, onion, tomato, spinach), salt, hydrolyzed vegetable protein (soy), vegetable fat, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, glucose syrup, milk protein, wheat flour, garlic, turmeric. \nPour 900 ml of cold, unsalted water and the contents of the sachet into a 20-22 cm diameter pot, stir, and bring to a boil. Simmer, uncovered, for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. We recommend adding one or two tablespoons of olive oil at the end of cooking. Serve with croutons or bread, if desired.Organoleptic characteristics<\/strong>
\nThe resulting minestrone has an intense and persistent aroma; its full, savory, and distinctive flavor is enhanced and enriched by the addition of various vegetables.
