\nDehydrated preparation ingredients: rice 82%, vegetables 6.6% (peas, carrots, red pepper, onion, leek), salt, lactose, Chinese black mushrooms 1.8% (auricularia auricula), flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, vegetable fat, hydrolyzed vegetable proteins, garlic, milk proteins, glucose syrup, pepper, wheat flour. Cooking instructions:<\/strong>
\nIn a 20-22cm saucepan, pour the contents of the sachet into 500ml of cold water. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and cook over medium heat, uncovered, for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the water is completely absorbed. Saut\u00e9 over high heat for about 1 minute, stirring well.<\/p>\n

Microwave cooking instructions:<\/strong>
\nPour the contents of the sachet into 500 ml of cold water and cook at 800 W for 13\/15 minutes.<\/p>\n
