Cooking instructions:<\/strong>
\nPour 750 ml of cold, unsalted water and the contents of the sachet into a 20-22 cm diameter pot. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat, uncovered, for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a tablespoon of olive oil at the beginning or end of cooking, if desired.<\/p>\n

Microwave cooking instructions:<\/strong>
\nPour the contents of the sachet into 700ml of cold water and cook at 800W for approximately 18 minutes.<\/p>\n

\nThe resulting Farro soup has an intense and lingering aroma; its distinctive, savory flavor is enhanced by the generous amount of beans and further complemented by the aroma of aromatic herbs.
