From Groppello, Marzemino, Barbera, and Sangiovese grapes grown on the small plot of land in Raffa known as Cap del Pri\u00f9 (Prior's Field), we create this densely textured red wine, which can only be called Superiore after 18 months of aging. Round and full, it offers a finish with softened tannins.<\/p>\n

Supported by a photovoltaic system since 2009 and a carbon footprint assessment project, the winery and the entire company management are increasingly moving closer to achieving full sustainability.<\/span> <\/p>\n

\nThe company today has two names, one obviously linked to the Pasini family who created and has always run the company, the other linked to the local toponym where Cascina San Giovanni is located, called the San Giovanni area and linked to the church of San Giovanni located in Palude, a hamlet of Puegnago not far from Raffa.<\/span><\/p>\n
