Ceppo 326 Ros\u00e9 in its most essential form: no added sugar during disgorgement, to enhance the finesse and harmony of the Groppello and Chardonnay, grown on the Brescia shore of Lake Garda and vinified as ros\u00e9 and white. This is the third "non-dosed" vintage in our company's history, following the first Pasini "Pas Dos\u00e9" in 1980 and the Ceppo 326 "Ex-Trentacarati" in 2003.<\/p>\n

Supported by a photovoltaic system since 2009 and a carbon footprint assessment project, the winery and the entire company management are increasingly moving closer to achieving full sustainability.<\/span> <\/p>\n

\nThe company today has two names, one obviously linked to the Pasini family who created and has always run the company, the other linked to the local toponym where Cascina San Giovanni is located, called the San Giovanni area and linked to the church of San Giovanni located in Palude, a hamlet of Puegnago not far from Raffa.<\/span><\/p>\n
