An authentic expression of the Valt\u00e8nesi microclimate, this red wine is made exclusively from the native Groppello grape, which finds its ideal habitat in the Lombardy hills surrounding Lake Garda.<\/p>\n
On the nose, it offers clear notes of strawberry, raspberry, and blackberry. The body is lean and elegant, with a decisive spicy note.<\/p>\n

Supported by a photovoltaic system since 2009 and a carbon footprint assessment project, the winery and the entire company management are increasingly moving closer to achieving full sustainability.<\/span> <\/p>\n

\nThe company today has two names, one obviously linked to the Pasini family who created and has always run the company, the other linked to the local toponym where Cascina San Giovanni is located, called the San Giovanni area and linked to the church of San Giovanni located in Palude, a hamlet of Puegnago not far from Raffa.<\/span><\/p>\n
