Lugana Busocaldo, made from grapes grown in the eponymous vineyard in Peschiera, is our most personal interpretation of Lugana viticulture. The long aging in stainless steel on 15 % of suspended fine lees enhances the character of its unique terroir. Aromas of aromatic herbs and elderflower with orange peel complement a sustained, warm, savory, and elegant body.<\/p>\n

Supported by a photovoltaic system since 2009 and a carbon footprint assessment project, the winery and the entire company management are increasingly moving closer to achieving full sustainability.<\/span> <\/p>\n

\nThe company today has two names, one obviously linked to the Pasini family who created and has always run the company, the other linked to the local toponym where Cascina San Giovanni is located, called the San Giovanni area and linked to the church of San Giovanni located in Palude, a hamlet of Puegnago not far from Raffa.<\/span><\/p>\n
