Classic Method sparkling wine made from Turbiana grapes grown in our vineyards in San Benedetto di Lugana. It ferments in the bottle for at least 18 months. Softly effervescent, it has a refreshing acidity that supports a good structure and plump fruit.<\/p>\n

Supported by a photovoltaic system since 2009 and a carbon footprint assessment project, the winery and the entire company management are increasingly moving closer to achieving full sustainability.<\/span> <\/p>\n

\nThe company today has two names, one obviously linked to the Pasini family who created and has always run the company, the other linked to the local toponym where Cascina San Giovanni is located, called the San Giovanni area and linked to the church of San Giovanni located in Palude, a hamlet of Puegnago not far from Raffa.<\/span><\/p>\n
