ARZANE \u2013 VALT\u00c8NESI DOC<\/p>\n
This is our Groppello cru, produced from various genotypes of the native grape, selected and grown in the Arzane vineyard in Picedo. It ages in stainless steel, barriques, and large oak barrels for approximately two years. Rich in natural antioxidants (quercetin and resveratrol), it has a ruby color with purple highlights and an intense, ample aroma of red berries and jam. Round and balanced, Vigneto Arzane reveals a spicy, refined, and persistent finish.<\/p>\n

Supported by a photovoltaic system since 2009 and a carbon footprint assessment project, the winery and the entire company management are increasingly moving closer to achieving full sustainability.<\/span> <\/p>\n

\nThe company today has two names, one obviously linked to the Pasini family who created and has always run the company, the other linked to the local toponym where Cascina San Giovanni is located, called the San Giovanni area and linked to the church of San Giovanni located in Palude, a hamlet of Puegnago not far from Raffa.<\/span><\/p>\n
