\nThe TRIPLE CROWN burners have been designed to improve heat distribution so as to make the cooking of food uniform, which with other types of burners is concentrated on the outside of the pan.
\nThey are also particularly suitable for the cooking methods typical of Far Eastern markets. For this type of cooking, the large, concave-bottomed pan (wok) requires a high, uniform flame, both in the center and around the edges.
