A dense, deep, intense red wine made with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in Picedo and Groppello grapes grown in San Giovanni, Raffa. The meticulous quality selection of the bunches, during the vegetative and pre-harvest phases, yields a limited-production wine, aged for 12 months in small oak barrels (called carati) and subsequently refined in large elliptical wood barrels.<\/p>\n

\nThe company today has two names, one obviously linked to the Pasini family who created and has always run the company, the other linked to the local toponym where Cascina San Giovanni is located, called the San Giovanni area and linked to the church of San Giovanni located in Palude, a hamlet of Puegnago not far from Raffa.<\/span><\/p>\n
