Nicola D&#039;Apollo<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Cuckoo clocks are timepieces created by a German watchmaker from a town in the Black Forest, Germany, a mountainous region characterized by buildings with strong architectural character. Cuckoo clocks still made in the Black Forest today reflect the typical features of local houses, with sloping thatched roofs and traditional gables. PESCEGALLO is the all-Italian answer, this time evoking the characteristics of typical mountain huts with gabled roofs supported by wooden beams and a stone-clad fa\u00e7ade. The cuckoo clock features a sheet metal roof and a base on which small solid wood trees can be arranged as desired. This allows you to recreate a small bucolic landscape according to your taste and aesthetic sense. The clock is inspired by the huts in our woods and the typical features of our mountain refuges; the name cuckoo is in fact a tribute to a locality representative of a valley at the mouth of which our company headquarters is located.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>OUR COMPANY<\/p>\n<p>It was founded in 1978 under the brand name &quot;Arti e Mestieri&quot; by Ambrogio Pirondini. In collaboration with his brother Giovanni, who studied architecture at the Polytechnic University of Milan, after initially producing wooden items (boxes, containers, etc.) for local food companies, Arti &amp; Mestieri expanded to the national and international markets under the brand name &quot;Pirondini Italia,&quot; offering home furnishings and accessories. To create these new products, the company collaborated with numerous designers and artists, renowned both in Italy and abroad, including Riccardo Dalisi, Emilio Tadini, Andrea Branzi, Luca Scacchetti, Emanuele Luzzati, and others.
