Spaghetti with squid ink
List of ingredients:
Durum wheat semolina pasta 75%, palm oil powder (palm oil, glucose syrup, milk proteins), maltodextrin, squid ink powder 4,3%, salt, potato starch, flavourings (contain fish and shellfish), yeast extract, flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate, onion, garlic, pepper. Free from preservativesCooking instructions
In a 20-22 cm diameter pot, bring 500 ml of unsalted water to a boil. Pour the contents of the sachet into the boiling water and cook over medium heat, uncovered, for about 7-9 minutes, stirring occasionally until the water is absorbed.Microwave cooking instructions
Pour the contents of the sachet into 400 ml of boiling water, 850 W, for 10-12 minutes, until the water is absorbed. Stir and serve.Organoleptic characteristics
The finished dish has the characteristics and typical aroma of pasta with squid ink, which is confirmed during tasting by the abundant presence of squid ink. The sauce is rich and creamy and further enriched by the presence of aromatic herbs.
