DEFINITIONS
In this document the following terms shall apply:

Website: the website www.tuttostore.com, owned by the Seller.

User: any visitor to the Site, whether registered or unregistered.

Customer: anyone who makes a purchase on the Site, whether a Consumer or a Professional.

Consumer: natural person acting for purposes other than business.

Professional: natural or legal person acting in the context of their business or professional activity.

Order: the purchase proposal sent by the Customer via the Site.

Order Confirmation: the acceptance of the Order by the Seller.

Products: tangible goods sold through the Site.

SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
These General Conditions regulate the sale of Products via the Site by Rosmeri Srl and govern the contractual relationships between the Seller and the Customer.

REGISTRATION
The User can register on the Site or make purchases as a guest. By registering, the User guarantees the accuracy of the information provided and fully accepts these Terms.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product information is provided in the relevant Product Sheets. Images are for illustrative purposes only. Products are available while stocks last. The Seller reserves the right to update the Site content at any time.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE
The Order submitted via the Site constitutes a contractual proposal. The contract is considered concluded only upon acceptance by the Seller, formalized via email via Order Confirmation.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs and any other additional charges are clearly indicated before the Order is confirmed. Payment is required at the time of purchase and can be made by credit card, PayPal, or other methods indicated on the Site.

DELIVERY
The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order. Delivery times are indicated on the Website or in the Order Confirmation. Any delays or problems must be reported promptly to the Seller.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Product by sending a communication to Rosmeri Srl, Via Iseo, 6/A, 25030 Erbusco (BS), or by email to info@tuttostore.com. The Products must be returned intact and at the Customer's expense. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned Products.

WARRANTY
The 24-month legal guarantee of conformity applies to consumers. The provisions of the Civil Code apply to professionals. In the event of defects, the Customer is required to promptly notify the Seller.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Further information is available in the Privacy Policy accessible from the Website.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The contract is governed by Italian law. In the event of disputes, if the Customer is a Consumer, the competent court is the court of his or her place of residence. If the Customer is a Professional, the exclusive court is the court of Brescia.
