Rice (80%), vegetable fat, dehydrated and freeze-dried asparagus (3%), lactose, salt, wheat flour, milk proteins, hydrolyzed vegetable proteins, onion, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, glucose syrup, flavorings, garlic. Free from preservatives

Cooking instructions:
Pour 1/2 liter (500 ml) of cold water and the contents of the sachet into a 16-18 cm diameter pot. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the water is absorbed. Add butter and cheese, if desired.

Microwave cooking instructions:
Pour the contents of the sachet into ½ litre (500 ml) of cold water and cook at 800 W for 15 minutes.

Organoleptic characteristics:
The resulting risotto has a delicate, distinctive aroma. The pleasant, asparagus-like flavor is enhanced by the use of select asparagus tips.
