Cooking instructions:
Pour ½ liter (500 ml) of cold water and the contents of the sachet into a 16-18 cm diameter pot. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the water is absorbed.

Microwave cooking instructions:
Pour the contents of the sachet into ½ litre (500 ml) of cold water and cook at 800 W for 15 minutes.

Organoleptic characteristics:
The resulting risotto has a pink color, with a pleasant flavor, typical of seafood.
The presence of whole or chopped seafood further enriches both the appearance and the flavour.
