Present on the market for decades, it prepares exclusive collections for its customers from an internal style office and external collaborators attentive to the quality and innovation of products such as cotton sponges, printed sheets, quilts, table services, duvet covers and many others.

Born in the heart of the textile center of Val Gandino, at the beginning as a simple family-run company, it has developed with a crescendo of work and careful management, in a production group that occupies 30,000 covered square meters. There are no secrets: the desire to "do well", to organize each department in the best possible way, to continuously invest part of the profits in technology and machinery, following and anticipating market demands, have created this reality, which still today boasts its own weaving, printing and packaging
Onda Blu Textile gathers and coordinates various production groups led by members of the Bertasa family; they are directly responsible for each department, they communicate daily with the various operational staff headed by a single administrator, responsible for the choices and operational lines appropriate to the different commercial needs.

For the 80% of the products made by Onda Blu Textile, cotton is used as the basic fiber. In fact, the sponge represents the flagship product of the company. The verticalization of each production cycle allows to contain costs, ensures quality control with total flexibility, which allows us to execute with surprising promptness orders of products on specific indication of the customer.

The canvas is another important cornerstone of our production, cotton for sheets and flannels, it is also made for plaids and quilts. Subsequently in the internal printing house, three printing groups are used.
