Ferghettina Milledì Brut DOCG
Straw yellow in color with golden-green highlights. It has a fine, persistent perlage. On the palate, it presents elegant citrus and mineral notes. It has a good persistence.
Each vineyard is vinified separately from the others and this division is maintained until the spring following the harvest when, after meticulous tasting, the wine from the different vineyards is assembled into a cuvée and bottled for the second fermentation.
Denomination: Franciacorta
Variety: 100% Chardonnay
Altitude of vineyards: 250 m above sea level
Soil: Clayey Calcareous
Training system: Guyot, planted with 5,000 vines/hectare
