Spring soup
List of ingredients:
Egg pasta (durum wheat semolina, eggs) 63%, vegetables 9.3% (carrots, onion, peas, leek), maltodextrin, salt, hydrolyzed vegetable proteins, starch, yeast extract, flavorings, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, parsley, turmeric, milk proteins. Free from preservatives
Cooking instructions
Pour 1 liter of cold water and the contents of the sachet into a 20-22 cm diameter pot. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat, uncovered, for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. At the end of cooking, add grated cheese, if desired.
Organoleptic characteristics
The resulting soup has an intense aroma thanks to the generous amount of egg pasta; its full, savory, and distinctive flavor is enhanced and enriched by the addition of various vegetables. The soup itself is excellent, but can be further enhanced with the addition of grated cheese.
