Ingredients list: Quinoa 36%, legumes in varying proportions 28% (borlotti beans, lentils, peas), potato flour, maltodextrin, natural flavors, carrot, onion, tomato, salt, leek, parsley, garlic, rosemary, turmeric, bay leaves. Free from preservatives
Cooking instructions: Pour 750 ml of cold, unsalted water and the contents of the sachet into a 16-18 cm diameter pot. Stir and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat, uncovered, for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a tablespoon of olive oil at the end, if desired.
Organoleptic characteristics: The prepared soup is light in colour, with the round brown quinoa seeds, legumes and chopped vegetables clearly visible.
The aroma and flavor, typical of quinoa, go well with legumes and harmonize pleasantly with the fresh notes of aromatic herbs.
