The sauce, prepared as suggested, is yellow in color and has a savory, meaty flavor, typical of pancetta. The texture is smooth and velvety, interspersed with pieces of pancetta. The flavor is intense, enhanced by notes of egg yolk.

Cooking instructions
Pour the contents of the sachet and a knob of butter or margarine into 350 ml of cold milk and mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook over low heat for about 2 minutes.
