It ages in new wood and then for a long time in the bottle.
Grapes carefully selected in the vineyard and dried in ventilated attics until the first frost.
A bright coral pink color, it releases aromas of orange peel, yellow peach, raspberry, wild strawberry, and figs on the nose. The palate is consistent and harmonious, with evident sweetness, balanced by freshness and savory notes.

Serve at 12°C, it goes well with dry pastries, chocolate cakes, berry tarts

OUR COMPANY

Founded by Andrea Pasini in 1958 and still family-run today, Pasini San Giovanni, now run by the third generation of winemakers, expresses the distinctive character of the Garda area in every bottle, thanks to its 36 hectares of estate-owned vineyards, spanning the Valtènesi and Lugana regions, on the Brescia shore of Lake Garda. Supported by a photovoltaic system since 2009 and a carbon footprint assessment project, the winery and the entire company management are increasingly moving closer to achieving full sustainability.
The company today has two names, one obviously linked to the Pasini family who created and has always run the company, the other linked to the local toponym where Cascina San Giovanni is located, called the San Giovanni area and linked to the church of San Giovanni located in Palude, a hamlet of Puegnago not far from Raffa.
