The gnocchi, prepared as suggested, are covered in a creamy, velvety beige sauce, rich in chopped porcini mushrooms. The gnocchi have a firm but not rubbery texture. The aroma is rich and lingering, typical of porcini mushrooms.

List of ingredients:

Potato gnocchi: potato puree 70% (water, potato flakes), wheat flour, potato starch, salt, rice flour, flavourings, acidifier: lactic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.
Dehydrated sauce: lactose, palm oil powder (palm oil, glucose syrup, milk proteins), Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis) 10%, yeast extract, hydrolyzed vegetable proteins, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate, salt, onion, flavors, parsley, garlic.

Cooking instructions
Pour 400 ml of cold, unsalted water into a 20-22 cm saucepan. Bring to a boil and add both the contents of the packet and the gnocchi. Stir well. Cook over medium heat, uncovered, for about 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the water is completely absorbed. Pour out the water without draining.

Microwave cooking instructions
In a suitable container, add the gnocchi, the contents of the packet, and 300 ml of boiling unsalted water. Mix well and cook on high for about 12 minutes. Stir and let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving. Add grated cheese, if desired.
